Srilankan Airlines Limited, Somajiguda, Hyderabad - 500 082

Our office is right in Somajiguda, Hyderabad, over at H.No. 3-1-74/11 in Ramshankar Nagar. It is a busy little spot, and we have been here for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent dealing with people who are looking for flights or trying to fix issues with their travel plans to Sri Lanka and elsewhere. The building is plain, nothing special to look at from the outside or the inside. Inside, we have some old desks and a few chairs for people to sit in while they wait for us to finish their paperwork. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook; other times it is quiet enough to hear the traffic outside on the main road. Being in the 500 013 area is good, even if it gets a bit crowded during the rush hour. We are not a big fancy corporate office, just a small crew sitting here handling the bookings and answering questions. Usually, the AC works, which is a relief when the Hyderabad heat gets to be too much in the afternoons. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, but certain delays are just unavoidable. It is a regular job for us, keeping the records straight and making sure the passengers have what they need before they head to the airport. Seeing the same people coming back to us is always nice.
