Sr.Customer Care Executive

This place is right near the Zoo Park in Tadban. The house number is 19-2-148/D/1, which is a bit of a mouthful if you’re trying to tell someone over the phone. Being near the zoo means you sometimes hear the animals if the wind is right, or at least you deal with the crowds on the weekends. It’s a residential area mostly, so the office is basically part of a house. It feels very local. We don’t have a big sign out front. Inside, it’s just a desk, a couple of chairs, and a phone that never seems to stop ringing. As a senior customer care executive, there’s always someone with a problem that needs fixing. It’s a lot of talking and trying to keep people calm. The room is small and gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but the fan helps. We keep a lot of notes on bits of paper because it’s faster than typing everything into the computer. Sometimes the neighbors pop in for a chat while we’re trying to work. It’s not a shiny call center with hundreds of people. It’s just a few of us in a quiet street near the park. We’ve been here for a good while, and we know the shortcuts to avoid the zoo traffic. It’s a simple life, just helping folks out with their issues one by one. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, and we watch the auto-rickshaws go by while we’re on hold. It’s quiet enough for us.
