Spicejet

We spend a lot of our time here at Prakash Nagar in Hyderabad-16. It is a busy spot and people are always coming and going throughout the day. We mostly just keep things moving and try to stay organized with all the different schedules we have to track. Sometimes the computers act up or the phones ring way too much, but that is just how it goes in an office like this. Most of the staff has been here for a while now, so we know the local shops around the corner for our tea breaks. It gets really hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going and try to stay cool. We handle the paperwork and the coordination stuff that needs to happen every single day. There is no big secret to what we do at Spicejet. It is just about showing up and getting the job done without too much complaining. Sometimes people ask us a lot of questions about travel or timing, and we do what we can to give them a straight answer. It is not always perfect, but we try to be honest about what is happening. The office is tucked away in this part of Hyderabad, and we have gotten used to the noise and the pace of the neighborhood. We do not use fancy words or have big meetings for no reason at all. We just sit at our desks and work until it is time to go.
