This office at 19-2-539/A near Fatha Darwaza is where we handle a lot of the local side of things for the airline. Hyderabad is huge, and this specific part of town has a lot of history. You can see the old walls and gates nearby, which makes the commute interesting every day. We aren't the ones flying the planes, obviously. We are just the team on the ground here in this building. It gets busy during the peak seasons because people have so many questions about their travel plans or some documents they need to sort out. The space is practical and simple. We have some desks, a few chairs for people waiting, and plenty of paperwork that needs filing. I’ve been here long enough to know exactly which drawer holds what. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the street traffic, but that’s just how it is in this neighborhood. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. It’s a job that requires a lot of patience, especially when the systems are slow or when there's a lot of people coming in at once. We just do our best to get through the stack of work on the desk. It’s not a glamorous corporate headquarters, but it’s where the actual work happens for us. People know us in the area as the place to go when they need something sorted out face-to-face. We don't use fancy talk, just help people get where they need to go and answer their questions.
