Spicejet Airlines

Our setup is right here in Secunderabad, which is always a hectic place to be. We aren’t at the actual airport, just in the city office side of things for the airline. Most of our day is spent dealing with people who have questions about their flights or need to change their travel dates. It is a lot of looking at screens and talking to people who are sometimes in a big hurry. Secunderabad has its own rhythm, and being near the station means there are always people passing through. The office isn't very large, but we have enough space for the desks and some chairs for people to wait. We deal with a lot of phone calls too. Sometimes the system is slow, and we have to ask people to wait a few minutes while we refresh the page. It can be a bit stressful when a flight gets delayed and everyone wants to know why at the same time. We just try to give them the information we have on our screens. There is a small tea stall around the corner where we usually grab something to drink when things calm down. The office has been in this part of town for a good while. It is a straightforward job of managing schedules and helping passengers get their tickets sorted out so they can get where they are going. We just sit here and do the work, making sure the bookings are right.
