We are based out of the IBM Mind Space building within the Raheja IT Park in Hitech City, Hyderabad. It’s a big complex with a lot of people moving in and out all the time. Our office is part of the Sodexho setup here, and we mostly handle services that keep other businesses running well. It’s a professional environment, but we try to keep things grounded among the team. Even with all the glass and steel around us, we are just regular folks working through our daily lists. We deal with a lot of logistics and service management, which can be pretty detailed. Lunchtime is usually the busiest hour when everyone heads down to the canteen or the nearby food courts. We’ve been in Hyderabad for a good while and have seen Hitech City grow up around us. It’s a lot different than it used to be. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the vouchers and services we manage are working like they should. Some days involve a lot of meetings, while others are just spent quietly at our desks. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big speeches. We just want the work to be accurate and for the people using our services to be satisfied without any trouble. It’s a big building, but we keep our corner of it feeling human.
