Siemens Dematics (Middle East) Llc- Dubai

We started out over in Dr. A.S. Rao Nagar in Hyderabad, specifically at L.I.G.B-5. It was a busy spot back then. Now most of the work happens here in Dubai. It’s a big change from the heat in A.P. to the pace here in the UAE, but the work is basically the same stuff. We handle a lot of logistics and automated systems for the company. Some days are just about fixing small glitches in the machinery or making sure the software talks to the hardware correctly. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. People ask why we moved, and really it was just where the projects were going. The office back in India still feels like home to some of us who’ve been around a while. We don't have fancy brochures or anything. Usually, it's just us in our gear, making sure things move from point A to point B without too much trouble. If a conveyor belt stops or a sensor acts up, we're the ones getting it back online. It’s practical work. We’ve got a small crew here and everyone knows their role. No one really stands on ceremony. We just show up, do the shifts, and head home. The transition to Dubai took some time to get used to, especially the traffic, but we’ve settled in okay now. We still keep in touch with the folks back at the old address, but this is where we are for now.
