We've been here in Durganagar for a while now, right behind the Moula-Ali Rly Qts. It's a busy spot but we like it here. People mostly come to us when they need to send things or plan a trip. It's not a fancy office, just a regular place where we get the work done. We handle a lot of boxes and paperwork every day. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit much, especially near the station area, but that's just how Hyderabad is. We started out small and stayed that way for a bit. We know most of the people who drop by. It’s mostly about getting things from one place to another without too much fuss. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking schedules. It can get a bit hectic when a lot of cargo comes in at once. We just try to keep track of everything so nothing gets lost. Our office is easy to find if you know the railway quarters. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just the usual travel and shipping work that needs doing. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break. It's a steady life. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We just keep our heads down and handle the bookings. The monsoon rains make the road a bit muddy sometimes, but we manage.
