Sheraton Oman Hotel

We are connected to the Sheraton Oman Hotel, but our local contact point is at P.O.Box 1455 in Ruwi, Oman, with a local presence at D.No.10-4-549. It’s a bit of an unusual setup because we bridge the gap between our location here and the big hotel over in the Sultanate. Ruwi is the main commercial heart of Muscat, so things are always moving fast there. Our local address is where we handle the paperwork and the communication for people traveling or doing business with the hotel. We are not a massive office with a lot of people. It is usually just a few of us making sure letters and documents get to the right place. We don’t have a fancy website or a lot of advertising. We just do the practical work of keeping the link open between Oman and our local contacts. The office is simple and functional. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the mail. It can be a bit quiet some days, and then very busy the next. We don't have a big sign outside. Most people who need us already know where we are. It’s a very direct way of working. We don't worry about being the biggest or the most polished. We just want to make sure the information gets through and the logistics are handled for whoever is staying at the Sheraton. That is all there is to it.
