Service Adviser

Our office for Service Adviser is located over at Plotno 140 in Janardhan Reddy Nagar Colony. It’s part of the Bhupesh Nagar area in Karmanghat, which is a fairly quiet part of Hyderabad compared to the main city center. We’ve been operating out of here for a bit, helping people out with whatever advice or services they need. The pin code is 5000079 if you’re looking for us on a map. It’s a basic setup inside, just what we need to get through the day. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a computer or talking on the phone with a client. The neighbors are mostly families, so it feels like a very grounded place to work. We like that it isn’t too loud, though the street gets some activity in the evenings when everyone is coming home. We deal with a lot of different requests every day, and we just try to give people the right information without making it complicated. If someone comes in with a problem, we sit down and look at it together. There’s no script we follow; we just talk like normal people. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the power cuts out for a bit, but we just wait it out and get back to work. It’s a practical way to run things.
