Senior Lab Technician

I work as a Senior Lab Technician over at Lig-25 in Huda Colony. This part of Saroor Nagar, specifically Kotha Pet in Hyderabad, is where we do all our testing. The lab isn't huge, but we have the equipment we need to get the results right. Most of my day is spent looking at slides or typing data into the old computer we have in the corner. Huda Colony is a decent place to work, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you arrive late. The lab itself smells like alcohol and cleaning supplies most of the time. We don't have a big reception area, just a few chairs for people waiting for their reports. It gets quite busy in the mornings when everyone wants their blood work done before heading to the office. I’ve been doing this for a long time, so the routine is second nature to me now. My colleagues and I usually share a pot of tea around eleven o'clock. We don't have any flashy advertisements. People just know we are here at Lig-25 when they need a test done quickly. It’s quiet work that requires a lot of focus. We try to keep the place organized, though the files sometimes pile up on the desk. It’s just a regular local lab serving the Saroor Nagar neighborhood.
