Senior Customer Relation Executive

We are located at 9-4-29/8A in Hashmathpet, which is part of the Old Bowenpally area in Secunderabad. The company name on the paperwork says Senior Customer Relation Executive. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but we just go by the work we do. This part of Secunderabad is quite busy, with a lot of houses and small businesses all mixed together. Our office is right in the middle of it all in the 500009 zip code. It’s a basic building with no big signs or flashing lights. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and the sound of people talking. We handle a lot of customer-related things throughout the day. It can get pretty noisy outside with the traffic from Hashmathpet, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a polished corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and get through the tasks. The neighbors are mostly families and other small offices. We walk to the local market sometimes when we need supplies. It isn't a fancy life, but it’s our daily routine. We just focus on the relations part of the job and try to keep things moving.
