Satyam Bpo

We are tucked away in the Balkampet area of Hyderabad at 7-1-276/1/A/5. It is a busy neighborhood with plenty of shops and people moving around all day. Being a BPO means we spend most of our time at our desks with headsets on, dealing with whatever comes through the lines. The office is practical, nothing too fancy. We have rows of computers and a small break area where we drink way too much tea. The road outside can get quite loud, but we are used to the noise by now. Working in Balkampet has its ups and downs, like finding a good place for lunch that isn't too crowded. We aren't some giant corporation with a glass skyscraper; we are just a group of people working together in this specific building. Some of us have been here since the start, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We handle the tasks that come our way and try to keep things organized. It is honest work, and we don't feel the need to dress it up with big words. Most days are just about hitting our targets and then heading home to our families. Hyderabad is a fast city, and we are just one small part of the gears turning in the background of it all.
