We are a smaller operation compared to the giant BPO centers you see in the city. Our building is a simple two-story structure and we’ve filled it with computers and headsets. It gets pretty loud inside when everyone is on a call at the same time, but we’ve all gotten used to the chatter. The office isn't anything special to look at; the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint and the carpet is a bit worn in the high-traffic areas. We have a small room in the back where we keep the water filter and a few chairs for our lunch breaks. Working in Alwal is nice because it’s a bit quieter than the center of Hyderabad, though the main road still gets jammed up during rush hour. We handle various customer service tasks and data entry for our clients. We aren't about fancy titles or corporate speeches. We just hire local people who need a job and we work hard to keep the business going. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have a full shift on, but we make it work. It is just a normal place where people come to earn a living.
