Satyam Bpo

We are over in Nacharam, operating out of the Nawaz Plaza. The specific spot is Flat S3 at H No. 4-9-2, in Hmt Nagar. It’s a Satyam Bpo setup, so if you walked in, you’d see rows of desks and people with headsets on. It’s not a silent office by any means. There’s a constant hum of talking and keyboard clicking. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The area in Hyderabad 70 is mostly residential and small businesses, so it’s a bit of a mix. Our shifts run at odd hours sometimes because that’s just how the BPO world works. The break room is where we all hang out to complain about the computers or talk about our weekend plans. We have a lot of young people working here, and it gets quite energetic during the shift changes. The Nawaz Plaza isn't the newest building on the block, but it serves our needs well enough. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a security guard at the entrance and our office on the second floor. It’s a lot of routine work, answering calls and entering data into the systems. We just try to get through the queue and finish our tasks before the end of the day. It’s a standard job in a standard office, and we just do our best to stay focused.
