Saroma Holidays

Saroma Holidays is based out of Trivandrum. You can find us through Deepthy Das, over at the NSS Working Women's Hostel. It’s not your typical travel agency with a big storefront and posters of beaches in the window. We’re a bit more low-key than that. We mostly help people figure out where they want to go and how to get there without spending too much money. It’s a lot of looking at schedules and prices on the computer. Working out of the hostel in Trivandrum makes things a bit more personal. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big corporate team or a fancy board of directors. It’s just us trying to make travel a bit easier for people who ask for our help. Sometimes it’s a lot of work to find the right deal, and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned with the flights or the hotels. We just try to be honest with people about what to expect. We don't promise the world or use a bunch of flowery language. If you want to go somewhere, we try to help you get there. That’s about it. Trivandrum is a good place to be, and being at the NSS hostel means we’re right in the middle of a lot of activity. It’s a humble way to run a business, but it works for what we do. We like the city and the people here.
