Our office is over in Hyderabad, specifically at H.No. 8-2-269/19/2 in Indira Nagar. We are tucked away right behind the L.V. Prasad Hospital on Road Number 2 in Banjara Hills. It’s a very busy area with a lot of people coming and going because of the hospital and the shops nearby. We deal with real estate and estates, which basically means we spend our time looking at properties and talking to people about land. We aren't a big, slick firm with a lot of fancy advertisements. It’s mostly just us in a small office with some maps on the wall and a few phones that never seem to stop ringing. Banjara Hills is a prime spot, so there is always something happening in the market. We have to keep track of a lot of different plots and buildings. It’s a lot of paperwork and visiting sites in the heat. We don't have any corporate slogans to share. We just show up every day and try to find the right properties for people who ask. The traffic on Road Number 2 can be a nightmare in the afternoons, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a good while. We just focus on the facts of the property and let the work speak for itself. We don't try to promise things we can't deliver, we just show what's available and help with the documents. It's a lot of running around, but that's what real estate is like.
