It’s a beautiful part of the world, very green and lush around here. We don't have one of those big glass buildings you see in the movies. It’s more of a traditional setup. We deal with people wanting to go places, but we stay right here in Tholicodu. The air is fresh and the pace of life is slower than in the big cities. We’ve been here for a long time. People in the village know us. We are just a local business trying to help folks with their travels. It gets humid in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do at Riya Travel & Tours. We just sit at our desks, talk to people, and book their trips. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage. It’s a decent place to work. We are proud to be in Kerala. It’s a simple office but it serves its purpose. If you ever find yourself in Punalur, you might pass by us. We are just down the road from the main junction. It's a quiet life but we like helping people see the world.
