Reservation, Ticketing

Our little shop is located at House Number 12-11-110 in the Namalagundu area of Secunderabad. We’ve been here for a long time, doing reservations and ticketing for the locals. It’s a small place, honestly just one main room with a couple of old desks and a computer that’s seen better days. The street outside is always noisy with people going to the market or the station. Most of our work is just booking bus and train tickets for people who don’t want to mess around with those complicated websites. It can be a bit of a headache when the server goes down, but we usually just have a cup of tea and wait it out. We don’t have any fancy brochures or big signs. People just know we are here. My nephew helps me out sometimes when it gets busy during the holiday season. The printer is a bit temperamental and makes a loud grinding noise, but it gets the job done eventually. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors while we work. It’s not a high-pressure corporate job. We just try to get the right seats for people and make sure their names are spelled correctly on the forms. Life in Namalagundu is busy, but we’ve got a good routine here. We open up early and stay until the last person gets their ticket sorted. It’s just a regular local business run by regular people.
