We've been at 72, Kodhay Nivas for a while now. It’s right there in Satavahana Nagar, Kukatpally. Most days it’s just us sitting at our desks in Hyderabad, going through papers and taking calls from people who have questions about their life insurance policies. It's a busy spot. People drop by the office to drop off documents or ask about their plans. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up. Dealing with insurance isn't always exciting, but it's what we do here every day from Monday to Friday. The office is easy enough to find if you know the Kukatpally area well. We handle the Reliance Life Insurance side of things for this part of town. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on getting the claims and renewals sorted out. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular workplace with desks, chairs, and a lot of files. We've seen a lot of neighbors come and go over the years. Some folks have been with us since we first opened this branch. We don't have a big team, but we've all been working together long enough to know how the system works. If someone walks in, we just pull up their details and see what needs doing. It's straightforward work. No big speeches, just checking the boxes and making sure the information is right.
