Ramoji Film City

This office for Ramoji Film City is actually tucked away in Ramannapet, in the Nalgonda district. We are over at C/O Chirstian Coly, which is a bit of a distance from the main film city everyone knows about. It’s a much more rural and quiet setting here in Andrapradesh compared to the busy city life. Most of the work we do here is administrative stuff that people don't really see when they go to visit the park. We handle a lot of the local coordination and paperwork that comes with running such a big operation. The building is simple and it’s located in a small community. We have some desks, a few old files, and we just keep things running. The weather gets really hot in Nalgonda, so the afternoons can be a bit slow. We don't have many visitors coming here directly because most people go straight to the main gates. But for us, this is where the day-to-day happens. It’s just a normal workplace with people from the local area coming in to do their jobs. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people from the village. It is a very basic setup, nothing like the movie sets you see on TV. We just make sure the back-end things are sorted so everything else can happen without too many problems. We keep at it every day and the routine is pretty much the same. It is just a practical part of a big business.
