Being near the bus depot makes it easy for people to stop by while they’re on the move. We’ve got a couple of computers for the internet side of things and some space to talk about travel. It’s a small place, nothing fancy at all. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the buses going by outside, but that’s just life in Hyderabad-39. We don’t have a big team or fancy uniforms. It’s just us helping people with their tickets or letting them use the web for a bit. We don’t make big promises. We just look up the rates and try to find a good bus or train for whoever walks in. The flat is a bit cramped when it gets busy, but we manage to get things done. People come in, ask their questions, and we do our best to answer them. It’s a very local kind of business. We know the neighbors and the bus drivers who stop by. We’ve been here for a good while now. We don’t use any marketing tricks or polished brochures. We just put out our sign and wait for people to come through the door. It’s a simple, practical way to run a shop. Most days are the same, just keeping the internet running and the tickets printing for our customers.
