If you’re looking for us, we’re over in Asif Nagar at Shiv Lal Nagar. The office is at Thakur Umesh Singh’s place, house number 13-2-266/19. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with leather sofas. It’s just some plastic chairs and a water cooler in the corner. Umesh and the rest of us stay pretty busy with all the travel details. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this neighborhood over the years. It’s a friendly place, and we know the tea seller across the street pretty well. He brings us chai twice a day. It’s not a polished corporate lifestyle, but it’s our reality. We just try to get the bookings right and make sure everything is in order before the day ends. It’s a lot of small details to keep track of every single day. We just stay focused on the paperwork and the customers.
