This is just a small spot located at 14-2-112 in Chandanwadi, right in the Gosha Mahal area. It’s a busy part of town, always full of noise and people moving about. We’ve been operating from here for a long time, and the building has seen better days, but it’s home to us. It’s the kind of place where you know your neighbors by name and the local tea seller knows exactly how you like your drink. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of paper. We don't have fancy air conditioning in every corner, so we keep the windows open when the weather allows it. Gosha Mahal is a bit of a historic area, and you can feel that in the streets. Navigation can be a bit of a nightmare for people who don't live around here because the lanes are narrow. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. We handle whatever comes our way, whether it's paperwork or people dropping by with questions. It’s a very grounded way to work. No one wears a tie here unless they really have to. We prefer being part of the local fabric. It’s not about being the biggest, just about being here and doing the work that needs doing every day. The wooden door sticks a bit in the rainy season, but we know the trick to open it.
