Rachnoutsav ( Event Managers)

Our team at Rachnoutsav ( Event Managers) stays pretty busy at our office in Banjara Hills. We are located in the Rajiv Meenakshi Apartments, right at number 101. It’s on Road No. 14, in the Nandini Nagar part of town. Being event managers, our office is rarely tidy. There are always rolls of fabric, sample menus, and sketches for stage designs lying around. We don't have a big corporate suite; it’s just a regular apartment that we’ve turned into our workspace. Banjara Hills is a nice area, but the noise from the traffic can be a lot sometimes when we are trying to have a meeting. We spend most of our time coordinating with different people to make sure parties and events happen without a hitch. It’s a lot of stressful work and things often go wrong at the last minute, like a truck being late or the weather changing. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't the type to wear suits and talk about strategy; we are more likely to be in jeans, carrying boxes or checking on a venue. People come to us because they know we are practical and we don't make things more complicated than they need to be. It’s a tough business, but we have been doing it long enough to know the ropes in Hyderabad.
