We are based over in Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh, with the 500 056 pincode. Even though the name mentions Spain and cruises, we’re right here in India handling the local side of things. It’s a bit of an interesting setup. We spend a lot of time on the phone and the computer, dealing with logistics and people who want to head out on the water. Our office isn’t anything too impressive to look at, just a functional space where we can keep all the paperwork in order. We have a lot of folders and files related to the different trips people take. It’s a lot of detail work, making sure dates and names match up across the board so there are no problems. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. People mostly get in touch with us through the usual channels, and we just talk to them like normal people. We don’t have a script we follow; we just answer the questions as they come. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when a lot of things happen at once, but we just take it one task at a time. We’ve been at this Secunderabad location for a good while, and we’re used to the rhythm of the place. It’s just a small team of us working here, trying to make sure everything is sorted for the travelers. We don't bother with big marketing phrases. We just do our jobs and try to get the details right for everyone who comes to us.
