We are in a flat, which might seem a bit different for a pizza place, but it works for us. Street 52 is a busy little area and there is always something happening outside. We spend our time making dough and getting orders ready for the people in the neighborhood. It’s not a huge fancy restaurant with waiters in suits. It’s just a local spot where we make food. Himayat Nagar is a great place to be because there are so many people around. We get a lot of locals who live in the nearby buildings coming by. We don't use any corporate talk here. We just make pizzas and hand them over. The kitchen is usually pretty hot, especially in the summer months of Andhra Pradesh. We've been at Flat 32 for a while and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the street. Sometimes the delivery bikes are lined up outside, but we try to keep things moving. It’s a simple business.
