Pizza Hut,Hyderabad

Over in Hyderabad, specifically in the Toli Chowki area, you’ll find us working at the Pizza Hut. Our address is H.No 8-1-362/21 in Deluxe Colony. It’s a pretty lively spot. Most of us who work here are locals from the colony or nearby areas. We spend our shifts making dough, answering the phones, and trying to get the bikes out the door as fast as we can. Toli Chowki is always packed with people, especially in the evenings, so it gets a bit hectic. We don’t have any fancy speeches about why we make pizza. People are hungry and we have the ovens. The kitchen gets really hot in the summer, and sometimes the delivery guys get stuck in that terrible Hyderabad traffic. We just deal with it. The office part of the shop is just a small desk in the back where we keep the records. It’s messy sometimes, and the printer breaks more than it works. We’re just a regular crew. We joke around when it’s slow and work like crazy when the dinner rush hits. The neighborhood is good to us, and we know many of the regulars by name. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, just a bunch of people making sure the food is ready and the floors are clean. We don't need much more than that to keep going. We just try to get the orders right and keep the bikes moving.
