My name is Sadiq, and I work out of H-No-11-1-667 in Old Post Office Lane. This is in the Chilakalaguda area of Secunderabad. It is a quiet enough lane most of the time, though the mornings can get a bit loud with everyone starting their day. I handle the phone banking side of things here. It is a lot of talking to people on the phone and trying to explain how things work with their accounts. My father is S. Umar Basha, and this has been our spot for a long time. People around here know the house. I spend most of my day sitting at the desk with my headset on. It isn't like those big corporate offices you see in the movies. It is just a room with what I need to get the job done. Sometimes the connection is bad or the person on the other end is frustrated, but I just try to talk them through it. Secunderabad is a good place to be, and Chilakalaguda has a nice feel to it. There are a lot of small shops nearby, so I usually go out for a quick bite during my break. I don't have a big team or anything like that. It is just me here, making sure the banking calls are handled and the information is correct. My desk is a bit of a mess with sticky notes everywhere, but I know where everything is. It is steady work, and I like being close to home.
