Outlel Manager(Hyderabad House)

I am the manager over here at this Hyderabad House outlet. We are located inside Maruthi Plaza, specifically in Flat 101 on Plot 14 and 14A. You can find us in New Maruthi Nagar, which is near A.S. Rao Nagar in the ECIL part of town. This area of Hyderabad is always bustling with activity. I have been running this particular spot for quite some time now. It is a very busy job, especially when the lunch and dinner rushes start. The kitchen is almost always going, and the smell of the food being prepared is everywhere. I spend the majority of my time making sure that the staff has everything they need and that the daily operations are running as they should. It isn’t a fancy office job where I sit around all day; I am on my feet a lot, checking on the tables and the kitchen. Maruthi Plaza is a pretty well-known building in this neighborhood, so people usually find their way to us without too much trouble. We have a lot of regular customers who live nearby in the ECIL area and stop in often. The place isn't perfect—sometimes a light bulb goes out or a chair needs a bit of fixing—but we just handle those things as they come up. We don't have any big corporate manifestos or complicated rules. We just want to get the food out to the tables and keep the place looking decent for everyone who visits.
