Even though the name mentions Dubai, we are actually located right here in Chennai at 34 Younus Ali Street on Ellis Road. The pincode is 600 002. It’s a very busy part of Chennai. Orient Travel & Tourism Agency has been on this street for quite some time now. Ellis Road is always packed with people and vehicles, so there’s a lot of energy around. Our office is tucked in there at number 34. It’s a basic place, mostly filled with maps, papers, and a couple of computers. We help people figure out their travel plans, whether they are going far away or just nearby. We aren't a big fancy agency with a lot of marketing stuff. We just talk to people plainly. Chennai heat can be tough, so the office is where we stay cool and get the work done. People walk in off Younus Ali Street all day long. We have some regular customers who have been coming to us for years because they know where to find us. It’s a simple setup. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. We just work hard and try to get the tickets and tours sorted for everyone. Sometimes it gets a little chaotic with the noise from the street, but that’s just life in Chennai. We like being in this neighborhood. It feels like home to us, honestly. That is pretty much the whole story of our shop and how we do things.
