Oracle Idc (Team Plus)

Our place is located in Amberpet, Hyderabad. The house number is a bit of a mouthful, H. No. 2-2-824/7/A, but once you’ve been here once, you won’t forget it. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it doesn’t feel like you’re walking into a giant glass building. We are part of the Oracle IDC group, specifically Team Plus. We spend a lot of time on computers, as you might expect. The neighborhood is 500 013, and it has that classic Hyderabad feel to it. There are small shops nearby and kids playing in the street sometimes. Inside the office, it’s just a bunch of desks pushed together. We aren't big on fancy furniture or modern art. It’s more about the work we do on the screens. Most of us take the bus or ride bikes to get here. The morning commute can be a bit of a mess with the traffic, but that’s just how it is in this city. We like being in Amberpet because it feels more grounded than the high-tech corridors. You can actually hear the birds sometimes instead of just traffic noise. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and tea. It's where most of the gossip happens during our breaks. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall; we just try to finish our tasks before the sun goes down. It's a simple, honest life here for our little team.
