Novotel Hotels

Our building is right in the Kondapur area of Hyderabad, specifically near the Kothaguda junction. It’s a very busy part of the city now with all the new offices and traffic. We’ve been running this Novotel spot for a bit. It’s a large building, so you can’t really miss it when you’re driving by. We have a lot of people staying here, mostly folks who work in the nearby tech parks. It’s a lot of coming and going all day and night. The lobby usually has people waiting for taxis or checking their phones. We have rooms for people to sleep and some areas where they can sit and talk. It’s not like a small family guest house; it’s a big operation. Sometimes the kitchen gets really backed up during breakfast time, and people have to wait for their eggs. We try to keep the hallways clean, but with so many guests, there’s always something to do. The staff here is a mix of people from all over. We spend a lot of time just managing the day-to-day stuff like laundry and making sure the lights work. It’s a lot of work keeping a place this size going. We don’t really have time for fancy talk. We just focus on the guests and the building. The traffic outside at the Kothaguda crossing is always a mess, but once you’re inside, it’s a bit calmer.
