The place is called Novetal and we are situated over in Kubthiguda, which is part of the Koti area. Our address is H.No:3-3-818/1, and we are right opposite the Ganesh Temple. Being across from a temple means we hear a lot of bells and chanting, which is just part of the daily life here in Hyderabad. Koti is a very frantic place with all the markets and students, so there is never a quiet moment. We have been running things from this spot for a while now. The building is not very big, but it serves its purpose. We deal with people coming in for all sorts of reasons, mostly because they have business in the Koti market. The traffic out front is always a bit of a disaster, especially during festivals. We do not have a big corporate team; it is just a few of us making sure everything is handled. My desk is near the front door so I see everyone who walks in. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the sheer volume of people in Koti makes it hard. It is a busy life, and we are usually tired by the time we close up. We are just a local business trying to keep things going in a very crowded part of the city. We have been in this specific house number for years and everyone knows the Ganesh Temple.
