M/S.S.S.Constructions

M/S.S.S.Constructions is located over in Malkajgiri, right in Dayanand Nagar. We have our office in Flat No-401 of the Indu Ratna Towers. It’s a pretty standard building in a busy part of Hyderabad, and we’ve been operating out of the fourth floor for a good while now. Being in a tower means we have to deal with the lift sometimes being slow or out of order, but it’s a good spot to see what’s going on in the neighborhood. As a construction company, our office is usually covered in papers, architectural drawings, and samples of materials like tile or stone. We don't have a team of interior designers making the place look perfect; it’s a working office where the focus is on the buildings we are actually constructing. The phones ring pretty often with calls from site supervisors or people asking about new projects. We mostly just sit around the main table and talk through the problems that come up during the week. It’s a simple, no-nonsense environment where we value getting the job done over having a fancy office. We take our tea breaks together and usually talk about the local news or how the traffic is getting worse in Secunderabad.
