Mphasis Bpo

Our office for Mphasis Bpo is located at 1-17-22/1 in the Ram Nagar Colony area of Alwal. It is a bit of a distance from the main hub of Secunderabad, but it is quieter here, which is nice. We have people on the phones at all hours, so the building never really sleeps. It is a plain-looking building from the outside, but inside it is full of desks and wires. We don't have a big lobby with a receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in and see everyone working away at their stations. The air conditioning is always running because of all the computers we have. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the night shifts. The neighborhood is mostly houses, so we try to keep the noise down when we are coming and going. It is not a very exciting place to be, but it provides jobs for a lot of people in the colony. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just take calls and process data as it comes in. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. It is just regular work for us. We’ve been in Alwal for a while now and we are part of the local scene. We just focus on getting through the shift and doing what needs to be done.
