Mount Opera

Our city office is at 2-4-1094/5 in Kachiguda. If you know Hyderabad, you know Kachiguda is always packed with people and traffic. We’re right in the middle of all that. The office isn't where the actual park is, it’s just where we handle the bookings and the phone calls. It’s a busy little place with papers everywhere. We have a big calendar on the wall where we mark down the group bookings and the school trips. Sometimes the noise from the street is so loud we have to shout a bit on the phone. We’ve got a few old computers and a printer that jams every now and then. The office has that old building smell, a mix of paper and dust. I’ve been sitting at this same desk for years. We get a lot of people walking in asking for directions or wanting to buy tickets in person. It’s not a very big room, so when four or five people come in at once, it feels very crowded. We try to keep the water cooler filled because it gets hot in the afternoons. Most of us here have been with the company since the start. We know the park details inside out, so we can answer most questions without looking at a manual. It’s a straightforward job in a very busy part of the city. We just keep things moving and make sure the schedules are right for everyone.
