This is the Motorola spot on the street in Kakinada. We are located right here in Andhra Pradesh, zip code 533005. It’s not a huge place, just a regular shop where we handle things related to the phones. People come in all the time with cracked screens or batteries that won't hold a charge anymore. Kakinada is a nice place to work, especially being on this street where there is plenty of foot traffic. You see the same faces walking by every morning. We get a lot of questions about how to use the new features or why a certain app isn't working right. Most of the time it’s something simple. I spend a lot of my day behind the counter talking to customers. Some of them are frustrated because their phone is their whole life. I try to listen and see what I can do. It’s not always easy because parts take time to arrive. The shop can get a bit dusty with the door open to the street, but that’s just how it is. We don't have a big corporate team here. It’s just us doing the work and making sure people can get back to their calls. The evening is usually the busiest when everyone is finished with their own jobs. We stay open until it gets dark. It’s a straightforward way to make a living in a good town and we like it here.
