You can find us in Dabeerpura at 17-5-716, which is in a very busy part of Hyderabad. The streets around here are quite tight and there’s always something going on outside, from local vendors to people rushing to the train station nearby. Our office is a simple room where we handle IATA-related stuff. It’s not a large place, just a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking flight details on the old computer. The walls are a bit plain, and we have maps pinned up in a few spots. It gets pretty loud during the day because of the traffic outside, so we’ve gotten used to talking over the noise. We are just local people working here, and we know the neighborhood very well. Most of our day is spent helping people with their travel papers or answering questions about tickets. We don’t have any fancy marketing or a big sign with lights. People usually just know where we are because we’ve been here for a while. Sometimes the tea man from the corner brings us drinks in the afternoon. It’s a small, honest operation where we just try to get the paperwork right for everyone who walks through the door. The front door sticks a bit when it's humid, so you have to give it a good push sometimes to get inside.
