Microsense Private Limited

The office is actually in a house that has been converted into a workspace. It gives it a very different feel than those big glass buildings in Hitech City. We have rooms for different departments, and the kitchen is where we all go for water or to heat up our tiffins. It feels a bit like being at home while we are working. There is a small gate at the front and a bit of a driveway where we park our scooters. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it is relatively quiet during the day. We spend most of our time at our computers. Sometimes we sit out on the small porch if the weather is nice, just to get some fresh air. We don't have a receptionist or anything formal like that. If someone knocks, whoever is closest to the door goes to see who it is. We have a small team and everyone knows their job. We just try to stay organized and keep the place tidy. It is a comfortable way to work without all the corporate pressure. We like the local vibe of Langar House and being part of the community here. It is just a group of us doing our best every day in Bapu Nagar.
