Metamind Software Solutions

We are a small group of people working on software here in Hyderabad. We don't have a fancy office in one of those huge tech parks with free snacks and gym memberships. Instead, we have a simple space where we can sit and write code. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so the AC is usually running full blast while we work. Most of us have been doing this for a few years and we just like solving problems. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with long meetings and PowerPoint slides. If something needs fixing, we just talk to each other across the room and get it done. It's a bit messy sometimes, with wires everywhere and empty tea cups on the desks, but it works for us. We started Metamind Software Solutions because we wanted to do things our own way without a lot of overhead. We spend our days mostly looking at screens and trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't working the way it should. When we take a break, we usually go out to the local stall for some Irani chai. It is just a normal job for us. We aren't trying to change the world, we are just trying to build useful things that actually work. We like the city and the energy here, even if the traffic is a nightmare most days. We just keep working until the job is done right.
