Our place is right at 1537 Risala Bazar. If you've lived in Bolaram for any time, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. It’s a Secunderabad staple for a quick bite. We see all kinds of people here. Families on the weekends, kids after school, and workers grabbing something fast during their break. The kitchen is always noisy with the fryers going and the timers beeping. It’s not a quiet dinner spot, that’s for sure. Sometimes the line gets long, especially when the weather is nice and everyone is out in the bazar. We keep the floors mopped, but with so many feet coming in, it’s a constant job. The burgers are what they are. People know what they're getting when they walk through the door. We’ve got the usual chairs and tables, nothing too special. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know a lot of the faces that come in. It’s a busy corner of Secunderabad. Sometimes we run out of napkins during the rush, but we find more. It’s just a regular restaurant where you can get your food and sit for a bit. Risala Bazar has changed a lot over the years, but we’re still here at the same spot. It’s loud, it’s busy, and it’s just part of the daily life around Bolaram. You come in, you eat, and you go about your day. The AC works most of the time which is good because Secunderabad gets really hot in the summer months. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long for their fries.
