Maytas Properties Ltd

Our office is tucked away in Ramnagar, right inside Flat 411 over at B Block in Iya Castle. It is a bit of a residential spot, so it feels more like a home than a big corporate building. You have to come through the main gates and find the right block, which sometimes takes people a minute if they haven't been here before. Being at Maytas Properties Ltd means we spend a lot of time looking over floor plans and talking to folks about where they want to live. It is mostly just us here with a few desks and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. The light comes in nicely through the windows in the afternoon, which makes it a decent place to sit and work through the paperwork. Since we are in a residential complex, it is usually pretty quiet, except for when the kids are coming home from school or someone is moving furniture upstairs. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby, just a doorbell and a welcome mat. It works for us because we can focus on the real estate side of things without too much noise. We spend our days answering the phone and meeting people who are curious about the local market. It’s a simple setup, really. We just try to be helpful and keep everything running smoothly from this little corner of the building. Sometimes we run out of biscuits for the tea, but we usually have someone go down to the shop.
