Our office is situated at Plot No: 7 in Sri Sai Nagar Colony, which is in Chiriyala Village. This is part of the Keesara Mandal in the Ranga Reddy district, a bit outside the main city of Hyderabad. It is a developing area, so there are a lot of open spaces and new construction happening all around us. We are right near Nagaram, and the commute can be a bit of a trek depending on where you are coming from. The office is a basic structure where we keep all our project files and construction maps. It gets very dusty out here, especially when the wind picks up or when big trucks drive past the colony. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to the site supervisors about the progress of the infrastructure work. There is nothing fancy about the place; we just have our desks, some plastic chairs, and a water cooler. It is a quiet spot to work compared to the noisy city center. Most of the people working here are locals from the Ranga Reddy district or people who do not mind the long drive. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks of managing the projects and making sure the supplies are arriving on time. It is a practical, no-nonsense environment where we just get the work done without any fuss.
