Marriot,Hyderabad

Even though the name says Marriot, Hyderabad, we are actually working out of D-3, Sanchi in Anushakti Nagar, Mumbai. It is a bit of a strange setup, but this is where our specific branch or liaison office is based. Anushakti Nagar is a quiet, residential kind of place, which is nice compared to the rest of the busy city. Our office is inside a regular building, so it doesn't look like a big hotel at all. We have some desks, a couple of computers, and a lot of folders. Most of our work involves coordinating things between our location here and the main operations elsewhere. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many boxes of records everywhere. We don't have a uniform or a fancy lobby with a concierge. It is just us in our regular clothes trying to get through the daily checklist. The commute in Mumbai can be pretty rough, so we are always happy when we finally get into the office and start our work. We take our lunch breaks together and usually just talk about regular stuff like cricket or the weather. It is a very simple operation without any of the flash you might expect from a big name. We just do our part to keep things moving along smoothly from our little corner in Mumbai.
