Management Trainee

Management Trainee is the name we use for our setup here in Yakhuthpura. The house number is 17-3-3/1/30/B, which can be a bit of a mouthful to say if you are giving directions to a rickshaw driver. We are located in the Hyderabad 23 area. It’s one of those older parts of the city where the streets are narrow and full of life. You can hear the sounds of the local market and people chatting outside all day long. We don't have a big glass office or a sign that lights up at night. It’s just a regular house where we handle our trainee programs and daily admin work. People come and go, mostly locals from around the Yakhuthpura neighborhood. It gets quite busy during the afternoons. The building is simple, just like the others on this lane. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we know most of the neighbors. It’s a practical place to work from because everything we need is right around the corner. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It's just a small operation running out of a residential house. There are no corporate meetings with fancy coffee here. Usually, it's just tea and getting the work done on time.
