Looking For Job

We are situated on the second floor of a building in Sri Ram Nagar Colony. If you know the Hyderabad layout, you know these colonies can be a bit of a maze with the house numbers. Our specific one is 10-5-8/9/1/1. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say. The name "Looking For Job" is pretty literal. We started this as a way to help people find work and to figure out our own next steps at the same time. It’s not a fancy recruitment agency with leather chairs. It’s just a room with some desks, a few old computers, and a lot of hope. We spend our time looking through listings and talking to people who come by looking for advice on their resumes. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just sit there talking until it comes back. Sri Ram Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the street coming through the windows. We’re just regular people trying to help other regular people get a paycheck. It’s tough out there right now, and we see it every day in the faces of those who visit us. We don't charge a fortune or promise things we can't do. We just try to be a bridge between a person and a job. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us going in this part of A.P. We don't have much, but we have enough to keep the doors open for those searching for a chance.
