We are Livewell Impex Ltd. and you can find us over in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. If you know the area, you know it’s one of the busiest parts of the city. There’s always construction or traffic or just people moving about. We operate out of a smallish space here. It’s basically just an office where we keep track of all the import and export stuff we handle. We aren't some huge company with a lobby and a fountain. It’s just a group of us sitting at desks with our laptops and a lot of files. The room gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of shipments coming in, but we make do with the space we have. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to vendors and checking on where things are. Sometimes things get delayed and we have to spend the whole afternoon sorting it out. It can be stressful, but it’s just the nature of the business. We don't really do any big advertising or try to look more important than we are. People in the industry know we are here in Kukatpally and they get in touch when they need something. We keep it simple. Every day we come in, have some tea, and get to work on whatever is on the list for that day. It’s a practical way to run things, and it has worked for us for quite a while now.
