Left The Job

We are based out of Balaji Boys Hostel in Hyderabad. It’s a bit of a crowded area around 7-1-616/5. Most of us here are just trying to figure out what’s next. The name is a bit literal because a few of us actually left our old jobs to start something new or just to take a break. The hostel is where we live and work right now. It’s not a fancy office. It’s just rooms with bunk beds and small desks squeezed into corners. There’s always noise from the street outside and the other guys in the hostel. We share a lot of meals and ideas in the common area. It’s a simple life. We don’t have fancy equipment, just our laptops and a decent internet connection when it decides to work. Being in Hyderabad, everything is fast-paced, but inside these walls, we’re just doing our own thing. It's honest and a bit messy. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out. We don’t have a big corporate structure or a boss breathing down our necks. We just wake up, have some tea, and get to whatever project we have going on. It’s a temporary setup for most, but for now, it’s home and it’s where we get things done. It’s definitely not a polished business environment, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time talking about the future while sitting on the balcony. It keeps us going through the long nights of work and planning.
