Lecturer

I run my work as a Lecturer from my home which is H:No:-5-13-209 in Indira Nagar. It's a quiet enough spot in the Moulaali area of Hyderabad. Most of the students who come by live in the 500040 zip code or just a few streets over. My desk is usually covered in notebooks and pens that have run out of ink. I’ve lived here for a long time so I know all the neighbors and the local shops where I get my supplies. Teaching isn't about having a big office with glass walls. It’s just about sitting down and going through the material until it makes sense to the person across from me. Sometimes the fan in the room makes too much noise but we just talk louder. It is a very normal house and a very normal way to spend the day. I don't have a receptionist or a big staff. It is just me here. People find the address easily enough because the house numbers in Indira Nagar are mostly in order. I spend my evenings grading papers and my mornings preparing for whoever is coming over next. It’s a simple life and I like being able to work where I live. You won't find any flashy signs outside, just a place where learning happens every day. It's a modest setup but it serves the purpose for everyone involved in the lessons and the study sessions.
